My mom taught me when I was in my 20's! (I think it was easier for her to just do it!) Plus, she told us you could only have them on Christmas morning so we only had Christmas morning to learn! Then a dear Swedish friend from my hometown, Rockford, IL, told me I could have them any day I wanted . . . we ate them at least once a week for a year!! : ) How special it is to learn more of your family history.
