My hero in Meet Me At the Fair proposed to the heroine on the Ferris Wheel. Sure looked a lot different then than it does now. I rode it every year I went to the Texas State Fair growing up in Dallas. By the time I went off to college, it had grown to a double wheel plus one giant wheel bigger than the ones before it. I rode the double one once when I brought back a group of students for FHA/FFA day at the Fair. I did say ONCE. :) No more for me.Martha W. They were all normal size as I recall. Have a Happy Independence Day! God bless the USA! I've only ever been in a normal one, so sixty people sounds a bit daunting and I imagine that several of them would be the kind to rock the car. I wouldn't like that at all!Connie R.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12038621934457678475noreply@blogger.com
