Meet Me at the Fair is about a young woman who has a candy concession on The Pike, and the hero is a reporter. <br /><br />I've been to St. Louis a number of times, but never visited Forest Park or any of the museums. I was amazed at the number of them that were actually temporary structures torn down after the fair. I'm glad they reused some of the more elaborate ones. It does seem like a big waste of money, but they say it brought a lot more into St. Louis than it cost to put it on. Martha W.
