I've read plenty of westerns and books about the 1800's and haven't heard some of these like If you're refilling the coffee cup and someone yells "Man at the pot." You're obliged to serve refills and Gents guilty of unchivalrous behavior toward lady passengers will be put off the stage. It's a long walk back. A word to the wise is sufficient. Makes sense to me. We all need to show we care about others instead of just ourselves. Congratulations on your new book releases. And the name Trevor? Spacial awareness and acknowledgement of how your actions and behaviors are affecting others around you. Seems almost lost in today's society.
