There are other authentic historic areas of towns in Arizona and New Mexico, etc., as well. It would totally be worth it! I agree, I wish they'd offer clean, good Westerns again on TV. I wonder if any of the historical section of town has been preserved? I'm sorry to tell you there is no book drawing this time, but I believe I'll be doing one in November, so be sure you check back. I post on the 13th every month. Why don't we have those anymore - you know the kind of Western where people get shot but there's no blood? IF they let a store open it had to be a western building. No fancy ones like Walmart allowed. Wooden boardwalks, and etc. I loved it. I have never got to go back since moving but the kids have been there. They even had a shooting and such in the town square on Saturdays. (not real of course.) I hunted every season for Elk, Deer, Antelope, and some small game. Was able to keep my freezer filled. I loved being able to see the nearby Teton Mountains. Cowboy folks abound. My kids in recent times visited there and has more big stores and such. Guess the older Council passed away and the younger folks took over and it changed. That's a shame. Hope I can win your book.
